Meet the Team
Emily-Kate Murphy
Founder,Writer,Director,Producer,ActorEmily-Kate first wrote The Unspoken five years ago, but held onto the screenplay until she felt the time was right to share it with the world. In the years since, conversations around womens health have come to the forefront, and she knew it was time to bring this powerful story to light. Emily-Kate directed and produced The Unspoken, while also portraying the lead role of Jessie. A passionate actor, she has studied at TAFTA since 2019, and her love for performance has since grown into a deep appreciation for storytelling and filmmaking. The creatiion of The Unspoken sparked something profound and from that spark, Unspoken Productions was founded. 
Stephanie Grapsas
Founder,Director,Writer,ActorStephanie Grapsas has always been drawn to storytelling. She began her journey as an actor and quickly realised she was equally drawn to the other side of filmmaking. Passionate about the complexities of the female experience, Her collaboration with Emily-Kate on The Unspoken was a natural fit, and stepping into the role of co-director felt like a deeply aligned creative partnership.The sisterhood and trust that developed between them became the foundation for something bigger — the birth of Unspoken Productions, a space dedicated to telling raw, real, and resonant stories that need to be told.
Hunter Jack Griffin
Cinematographer, DOP and Editor
of The Unspoken
Hunter Griffin had a talent behind the camera from a young age. After graduating he launched Hunter Jack Productions, his videography and photographic skills gained recognition, building a thriving business through word of mouth. Hunter has always had a love for cinema and wanted to expand his skills further into film making. When collaborating with Emily-kate he came on board as director of photography and cinematography. He felt drawn to the powerful story of The Unspoken. The on set environment was such a collaborative space he was compelled to join forces and be apart of The Unspoken.
